Rock Bottom

Rockbottom was one of the first microbrewery concepts. The first Rockbottom was in the first floor of Denver's Prudential building ("The Rock"), and we were at the bottom! But it's been uphill since then!

Blue Water

Blue water is a seafood restaurant in the heart of Chattanooga built in a historical train garage. It captures the feel of the ocean, and features light fixtures which are art.

Chop House Denver

The Denver Chop House was built into the historic Union Pacific offices, in the shadows of Coors field, home of the Colorado Rockies. This location is ground zero for fun!


Frasca is a worldfamous restaurant on Pearl Street in Boulder. We helped Bobby and Lachlan get started in 2004, and again in 2010 with their new renovation and expansion.
